Carl is entering his 27th year with PwC Canada and has enjoyed a variety of roles. As a partner over the last 15 years, Carl has looked after numerous clients spanning multiple industries; and now spends his time as a Lead Partner on some of PwC’s largest national (and global) priority clients. He has enjoyed many leadership roles over the years and is currently their National Client Experience Leader.

He developed PwC Canada's service offering around enhanced Emotional Intelligence – helping PwC’s clients gain a stronger understanding about how to increase their capacity to cope (given everyone’s growing external demands and the never-ending quest to do more with less)….ultimately empowering them to thrive in their chosen areas of focus. He has been PwC’s National Partner Coaching leader (from 2005-2009), has sat on several of their global steering committees and was a founding member of both the PwC Canada's Charitable Foundation and Women in Leadership programs.

Carl’s coaching leadership role afforded him the opportunity to work with some of the Olympic athletes that they sponsor (and in turn, some of their coaches)….all of which led to his compulsion to want to share what he learned in this space (re. leadership development and Emotional Intelligence) with his teams and clients alike.
